1. Nature of Service (Model Papers)

TheFasterWeb connects students with freelance academic experts. The written materials ("Products") we deliver are drafted by professionals and are intended to serve strictly as model papers or reference drafts.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • The Product is a source of ideas, reasoning, citations, and structure for your own original work.
  • You are paying for the time, effort, and expertise of a subject matter expert to conduct research on your behalf.
  • We do not condone or knowingly participate in academic dishonesty or fraud.

2. Fair Use Policy

We are an educational support service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the order is intended for unethical use.

Prohibited Orders (We will cancel these):

  • Impersonation: Asking a writer to log into your university portal to take an exam.
  • Fabrication: Asking a writer to forge medical data, legal documents, or official records.
  • High-Risk Fields: Nursing/Medical clinical logs or Civil Engineering approvals where public safety is involved.

3. Communication & The Chat System

TheFasterWeb operates without a traditional login dashboard to maximize privacy and simplicity. All communication happens via our Secure Chat Widget and email notifications.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Check Messages: You must check your email or the chat widget regularly. If a writer asks a clarifying question and you don't reply for 48 hours, the deadline may be missed.
  • File Sharing: All instructions, rubrics, and login details must be shared via the secure chat or upload form.
  • No Off-Platform Contact: You may not ask writers for their personal WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email. This protects both parties.

We believe you should own what you pay for.

Upon Full Payment: The copyright of the written Product is transferred to you. TheFasterWeb retains no ownership rights. We will not publish, resell, or distribute your paper to essay banks.

Exceptions (Non-Payment): If you cancel the order, request a refund, or file a chargeback, the copyright reverts to TheFasterWeb. We reserve the right to publish unpaid papers as samples to protect our writers' labor.

5. Payment Terms

Services are prepaid to secure the writer's time.

  • Split Payments: We typically require a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% before the final file download.
  • Currency: All prices are in USD.
  • Wallet Balance: Refunds issued as Store Credit do not expire and can be used for any future service.

6. Zero-Tolerance for Friendly Fraud

"Friendly Fraud" is when a user receives a completed product and then files a dispute (Chargeback) with their bank claiming they didn't authorize it.

Our Policy: If you file a chargeback without contacting support first:

  • Your account will be permanently banned.
  • We will contest the dispute with comprehensive evidence (chat logs, file access logs, IP timestamps).
  • We may report the incident to academic fraud databases.

7. Limitation of Liability

TheFasterWeb.com is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

Specifically:

  • Grades: We guarantee a standard of quality, but grading is subjective. We are not liable if you receive a lower grade than expected unless a specific Grade Guarantee was purchased.
  • University Action: We are not liable for any disciplinary action taken by your academic institution.
  • Tech Failures: We are not liable for missed deadlines caused by your failure to download the file or email server outages.
